Genesis Construction Services is the remodel, addition, renovation and home repair division of New Millennium Ent. Inc. which has primarily focused on New Home Design and Build. Since 1984, NMEI has built homes in North and Central Florida and South Georgia. We are excited to add GCS as a new and fresh way to serve our customers with same personalized service as we have for over 40 years.

Mike Maguire is a former California General Contractor and has built New Homes, Multi-unit Apartments, Commercial and Specialty buildings such as Wineries and Cold Storage Buildings. In 1984 Mike received his Florida license and has worked on many projects including Historical Renovations, School Restorations, and Residential and Commercial projects. In 2008 Mike received his Georgia Contractors license. In 2010 Mike graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a degree in Business (BSBA), and went on to earn a Master's Degree in Operations Management (MSOM), from the University of Arkansas.

With our in-house Design service, we are able to capture your vision without the usual delays. We work closely with our preferred Engineer and the benefit to you is a significant reduction in cost. We will work to secure any and all permits when necessary and work with inspectors and local Gov't agencies to meet final completion in a timely manner.
