Genesis Construction Services is the remodel, addition, renovation and home repair division of New Millennium Ent. Inc. which focuses primarily on new home design and build. Since 1984, NMEI has built homes in North and Central Florida and South Georgia. We are excited to add GCS as a new and fresh way to serve our customers with same personalized service as we have for over 40 years.

Mike Maguire is a former California General Contractor and has built new homes, multi-unit apartment, commercial and Specialty buildings such as Winerys and Cold Storage buildings. In 1984 Mike recieved his Florida license and has worked on many projects including historical renovations School restorations residential and commercial projects. In 2008 Mike recieves his Georgia Contractors license. In 2010 Mike graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a degree in buisiness and went on to earn a Masters Degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas.
With our in house Design service we are able to capture your vision without the usual delays. We work closely with our preferred Engineer and the benefit to you is a significant reduction in cost. We will work to secure any and all permits when necessary and work with inspectors and Gov't agencies to meet final completion in a timely manner.
